We offer a full refund on our products for 30 days from the time the item is received. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the original condition and packaging.

The items outlined below are exempt from this policy and cannot be returned:

  • Custom Engraved Items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will reach out to you via phone call or email. To confirm approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Keep in mind, it may take several business days to process.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days, reach out to us and we will work with you to solve the problem.

Sale items

Sale items will be refunded at the purchased price.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
